Police Scotland Lochgilphead: police reports for week to 12th August 2014

Theft
Sometime between 18 June and 31 July various electrical lights and fitments were stolen from a house on Ormsary Road, Ardrishaig. Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information to contact them on telephone number 101.

Dangerous Driving
At 1.15pm on 6 August a two vehicle road crash occurred on the A816 near to Croabh Haven. The road was closed for a number of hours. A 69 yr old male was removed to the Southern General Hospital, Glasgow for treatment where his injuries were found to be of a minor nature. The 46 yr old driver of the second vehicle was uninjured. The 69 yr old male is now the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal for dangerous driving.

Theft
Between 4pm on 29th July and 10am 2nd August 2014 a grey Waveline, 2.4m inflatable dinghy was stolen from Carsaig Pier, Tayvallich. Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information to contact them on telephone number 101.

Between 1 and 8 August a refuse green wheelie bin was stolen from a farm road end near to Tarbert. Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information to contact them on telephone number 101.
